Client Service Terms

Welcome to Nashay & Co. These guidelines ensure a smooth, productive partnership for our ongoing engagements and strategic oversight. One-time sessions follow our Terms of Service. Full legal details are available on our Terms of Service page.
1. Scope of Policies
- Engagements: Our 30, 60, and 90-day strategic packages.
- Strategic Oversight: Monthly retainer support featuring four weekly 30-minute sessions.
By working with Nashay & Co., you agree to these working policies and our full Terms of Service.
2. Payments & Retainers
- Engagements: Retainers are due at signing to secure your engagement and work begins once payment is received. Remaining fees follow your specific agreement.
- Strategic Oversight: Full monthly payment is due in advance of your sessions.
- Billing: We utilize auto-billing for recurring services. Non-payment may temporarily pause work.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Engagements: Sessions must be used within your 30, 60, or 90-day window.
- Strategic Oversight: Sessions occur on a recurring schedule and must be used within the month.
- 24-Hour Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling to keep projects on schedule.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows are treated as used sessions. Timelines do not automatically extend due to missed meetings unless agreed upon in writing.
5. Collaborative Communication
We primarily use email and shared collaboration tools. Timely, clear communication is essential for the success of our work. While we provide expert recommendations, all final business decisions remain yours.
6. Updates & Conflict
We may update these policies periodically to better serve our clients. In case of any conflict with the full Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail.
